Thank you for taking the time to visit my page, I have been a Florida resident for over 35 years and have worked in virtually of phase of the housing industry from construction, management, to sales and relocations. I have a passion for people, always striving to deliver the best available skill and knowledge when assisting any client or acquaintance that I have the pleasure to meet. I have been a co-owner for two successful business starting in 1999 throughout 2010 with my position as co-owner for James Perry Flooring. With having learned many aspects of the flooring industry and experience with contractors and builders throughout Broward, Palm Beach, and Saint Lucie County. From 2001-2005 I had the experience as working as a project and office manager for Dry Master of the Palm Beaches working closely in the restoration industry and obtaining my mold remediation certification. This fast moving industry allowed me to acquire skills both in the field of restoration as well as working closely with all major Home Owner and Commercial insurance specialists. I found myself highly interested in the real estate industry and began my career in Property Management for Atlantic & Pacific in 2009 as an assistant property manager onsite. This experience has helped me gain the knowledge and expertise working closely with both owners & tenants alike in the HOA community. Supporting the CAM onsite to successfully facilitate the transforming of an Association that held over 140 bank owned/foreclosed properties to less than 8 upon my departure. While working for Atlantic & Pacific I obtained my Real Estate Sales License in 2013. I have successfully closed several sales and lease transactions within my first year as I follow the golden rule: CUSTOMER SERVICE.
