She spent a number of years selling homes in the Orlando area until 2008 when we moved to Ocala. Barbara has 26 years of experience in residential real estate and holds a Broker's license. Whether you are looking for a resale property or new construction, Barbara will work hard to find your dream home. Barbara holds the SRES Designation. Tom joined Barbara in 2012 and The Cernera Team was formed. Tom has over 30 years of sales, marketing and negotiating experience under his belt. He also is highly knowledgeable in residential contraction and design. Tom earned the coveted GREEN designation from the National Association of Realtors. Kris, our son, joined the team early in 2014 and earned his license in November of 2014. He had been helping by preparing homes for the market with clean outs, odd jobs and anything necessary to get the job done. Kris also handled administrative items for the team. As a licensed Realtor, Kris has stepped up and is now dealing with customer contracts and is the team's TECH GURU. We can list your home and get it sold; we can find your dream home and make the deal happen.
