I’m a born-and-raised Floridian serving the Treasure Coast and northern Palm Beach County, with a strong focus on Stuart, Hobe Sound, Tequesta, and Jupiter. I work with buyers, sellers, first-time homeowners, downsizers, investors, and people who are still figuring out their next move. Before real estate, I spent 10 years working in general construction, project management, and planning and zoning. I also built my own home from the ground up, from clearing the lot to receiving the certificate of occupancy. I still co-own a construction company, although real estate has been my full-time career since I became licensed. That experience helps me ask better questions, recognize potential concerns, and connect my clients with qualified professionals who can provide real answers, not guesses. When work needs to be evaluated, I can also recommend several independent subcontractors to provide competitive bids. I’ve handled cash purchases, dual-parcel transactions, vacant land, condos, and investment properties, and I’ve renovated several homes of my own along the way and co-own a thriving short term rental right in the heart of Hobe Sound Florida. Helping out-of-state buyers is one of my specialties. Selling one home while buying another from a thousand miles away comes with its own set of challenges, so I created a free guide to help make relocating to Florida a little easier. I will keep the calendar moving, follow up on every loose end, and tell you the truth about what I find, even when it isn’t what you hoped to hear. Your best interests always come first and I don’t take your trust, or the responsibility of helping you buy or sell one of your largest assets, lightly. I provide the same care, communication, and service I would want for myself. On the rare occasion I’m not working, you’ll usually find me in the garden, harvesting honey from our bees, or paddle boarding one of our waterways. Animals and plants are my other passion.
