He succeeds by keeping them fully informed, making himself available at all times, providing an exceptional experience, and putting his well-honed marketing and negotiating skills to work for them, while basing his success on their satisfaction, rather than industry awards. Prior to getting into real estate, the Ontario-born agent played shortstop for Team Canada’s 18-and-Under Junior National Baseball Team, then spent three seasons in the minor leagues after being drafted as a second baseman by the Boston Red Sox and the Toronto Blue Jays. When his playing days ended, he served as Vice President of Operations for a variety of e-commerce companies. Prior to joining the Douglas Elliman team he also managed Maple Leaf Sports and Entertainment, a professional sports and commercial real estate company based in Toronto. A Florida resident since 2014, Kyle currently lives in Aventura, where he is a Miami Dolphins season tickets holder and a major sports fan.
