Graduated Summa cum laude from Utica College of Syracuse University in 1999. After many years in the field she had a beautiful little girl and dedicated her time to take care of her. It was when she purchased her two homes that she was exposed for the first time into Real Estate. She gained an interest in learning the profession and how the market works and enjoyed much doing the numbers! Giuliana moved to Miami Beach in 1991 and since then, lived there, except for the time when she attended College in NY. Her first job was in the retail business. She later went into restaurant management, and then teaching, while she was attending college. She enjoys the wonderful weather in Florida and loves being surrounded by water and the ocean views!
