About Lance
As a Melbourne Florida native I started working when I was 14 years old on a paper route. Since I was 16 years old Real Estate investing has always been my dream. As a teenager I started at a sign company and worked for them for 10 years before creating my own business in 1996 Lanko signs and graphics Inc. In 2009 I received my sales associate real estate license and started working at century 21. In 2011 I received my real estate brokers license and created Properties by Lanko, LLC. I enjoy helping people with potentially the biggest transaction of their lives. I continue educating myself on Real Estate. I’ve been through multiple designation educational courses with the most recent being the military relocation program. I believe that knowledge is power and I’m not afraid to use or share it. I will always give my clients 100% of my efforts in everything that I do.
