About LAUREN K

My name is Lauren Mitchell and I am a Broker Associate with ERA American Realty of Northwest Florida, Inc. I offer services on the Emerald Coast and cover all of Okaloosa and Walton counties. If I do not work where you need real estate services, I can recommend someone that does. Just ask! I grew up in Niceville, FL and attended local public schools. I know the area very well. I graduated from Florida State University with a Bachelor of Science in Finance and Real Estate. My goal is to help people with their real estate needs through dedication, hard work, flexible scheduling, the use of technology, and continuous education. With my laptop, my "mobile office" makes it so I can be where you need me to be. As part of helping people with their real estate needs I am constantly continuing my education in regards to real estate. I have my Florida Real Estate Broker's License. I have the National Association of REALTORS® Short Sales & Foreclosure Resource certification(SFR®). The certification gives me the tools to work on complicated transactions involving foreclosures, REOs, short sales, and auctions. I have the e-PRO® Certification and am excited to use the resources and training it provides to assist my customers with the newest technology and internet tools available. I am always willing to talk, text, email, and do what I need to do to keep my clients updated.
