About Linda

Linda Schechter a Miami native was raised in a family of Miami Beach hoteliers who owned and operated landmark properties including The Park Central, The Edison and The Caribbean Hotels. "Another Beautiful Day in Miami Beach - No Snow Today!" is a quote her late father Sam Schechter would greet his guests with as he made his nightly rounds from table to table in the hotel dining room. Linda split time between Miami Beach and New York in her formative years. She has lived abroad and traveled the world extensively. Upon planting her roots in Miami Beach permanently, she became a restaurateur and still owns Miami Beach's Tasti Cafe. Prior to entering the real estate industry professionally, she was a real estate investor and has purchased and sold countless Miami Beach homes over the years. In her free time, Linda enjoys working out to start the day and can often be found spending quality time with her family.
