About Lisa

Lisa Baldwin was born on a military installation, raised as an Air Force “ brat” and eventually became an Air Force Wife. The military lifestyle instilled in her, an insatiable quest for adventure and a constant desire to explore new places. She moved practically non-stop for her first 18 years, then spent another 18 years as a civilian security specialist at Andrews Air Force Base, Maryland. In 2004, Lisa and her husband retired and moved to West Melbourne, FL and her adult children soon followed. She immediately earned her real estate license and hit the ground running. The instinct to travel was strong and lead to five different homes within the county over the first ten years of her residency in Brevard. Her roaming has taken her from a home in West Melbourne, to a gated community in Melbourne, an ocean front condo in Satellite Beach, a fixer-upper in Merritt Island and finally to her dream home on the Indian River in Cocoa. This has proven to be a valuable asset to her real estate career as she has first-hand experience living in a variety of communities throughout the county. Lisa enjoys a myriad of activities, but Real estate is her favorite. She does manage to squeeze in time for her other passions, which include family functions, boating, hiking, travel and lots of reading. In 2013, Lisa branched out from residential real estate and now also enjoys the unique challenges commercial real estate has to offer. They are two very different jobs, but they share one bottom line and that is to ensure buyers and sellers alike are fairly and ethically represented. In this, she takes the most pride.
