About Lisa

With 26 years of business and sales experience, I bring a strong background in negotiation, entrepreneurship, real estate investing, and property ownership to every client relationship. I am proud to be recognized among the Top 150 real estate agents in Central Florida out of more than 20,000 agents by Orlando Real Producers, to have been a Top Producing Agent at my brokerage for the past four years, and to have been named an Orlando Magazine Real Estate All Star for the past two consecutive years. My passion for real estate began at a young age with the purchase of my first home, followed soon after by my first commercial property. As an owner of both residential and commercial investment properties, I understand real estate from more than just the transactional side. I have firsthand experience as a property owner and landlord and understand the opportunities, responsibilities, and challenges that come with each. Prior to entering real estate, I owned and operated a successful small business for 22 years, where I negotiated numerous commercial leases, buildouts, vendor agreements, and business transactions. That experience provided me with a strong foundation in negotiation and allows me to confidently represent clients in both residential and commercial real estate. I have also built two custom homes, giving me firsthand knowledge of the construction process, including working with builders and vendors, managing budgets, making design decisions, and navigating the many details involved from planning through completion. Today, I use my combined experience in business, sales, investing, property ownership, and real estate to provide my clients with knowledgeable and strategic representation.
