Lisa McAuliffe’s interest in real estate began in 2002 when she and her family purchased their first home and began investing in residential properties. Over the past 20+ years, Lisa has taken a hands-on role in renovating, managing, staging, marketing, and selling real estate. These experiences have given her a practical, well-rounded understanding of the many aspects of buying, selling, and owning property. For the past six years, Lisa has been a Realtor in Southwest Florida, helping clients navigate the Sarasota-area real estate market. In 2025, she returned to her hometown of Montgomery County, Maryland, to be closer to family. Lisa is now licensed in both Maryland and Florida, allowing her to serve clients in both markets and assist those making a move between the two states. Lisa takes a personalized, relationship-focused approach to real estate. She believes that successful transactions begin with truly listening to her clients, understanding their individual goals, and providing thoughtful guidance throughout the process. Her firsthand experience with renovations, property management, staging, and marketing gives her a unique perspective when helping buyers recognize opportunities and sellers prepare and position their homes for the market. Known for her attention to detail and follow-through, Lisa is committed to making the buying and selling process as smooth and stress-free as possible. Whether helping someone purchase a first home, sell a longtime residence, invest in property, relocate, or transition between Maryland and Florida, she genuinely enjoys helping people reach their real estate goals. Lisa grew up in Bethesda, Maryland, and is a graduate of the University of Maryland and Liberty University, where she earned a Master’s degree in Education and concentration in School Counseling.
