I spent 24 years in the new home industry here in Tampa Bay — starting on the sales floor, finishing as Vice President of Sales, with executive roles overseeing sales, marketing, design and builder operations along the way. Through my Even Ground team at Dalton Wade Real Estate Group, I work with buyers and sellers across the greater Tampa Bay area — Hillsborough, Pasco, Manatee and Sarasota counties — in single-family homes, townhomes, condos and villas, resale and new construction alike.
