I was born in Manhattan, NY, and raised in Lawrence, MA. My parents retired to Santo Domingo when I was very young, too, DR, where I graduated from high school. A few years later, I moved to Atlantic City, NJ, where I met my husband and started our loving family. In 2014, my husband and I moved our family to Cape Coral, FL, to enjoy the year-round weather, which I LOVE, spend more time raising our children, and open our own business. In 2016, I was diagnosed with Alopecia Areata, which causes hair loss in patches. I had it under control for almost a year; however, in 2017, I started to lose my hair rapidly and have Alopecia Universalis. This is an everyday challenge; I wake up, get ready for the day, and go out to work, which has been the best decision I have ever made. I am very grateful for the team I was part of. I am starting to believe that how I feel on the inside does reflect on the outside because others have stopped asking me if I'm sick or showing sympathy for me. Today, I have 80% of my hair back and live with the challenge that I can lose it all again. If it happens again, I know I'll overcome it like the warrior I am and the support I get from my family and friends. I was in the casino industry for over 15 years. I worked with an incredible team that I miss very much; they are family. I also have 4 years of experience in the sales industry. The casino industry gives me a vital customer service and sales background.
