About Lori

My philosophy is simple: Treat people as I want to be treated. I am a Florida native, grew up in the Tampa area. I started out in 1992, as a receptionist for a real estate company in Sun City Center. I have had my real estate license since 1994, became a State-Registered Trainee Appraiser in March 2007 and in July of 2017, became Broker/Owner of my own real estate company Finnegan Real Estate Services, LLC! My VERY FIRST transaction after receiving my real estate license in 1994, was to help buyers purchase a home. I saw a couple walking around the outside of a house across the street from where I lived. I walked over, introduced myself and learned they were first time home buyers. On February 24, 1995 they became homeowners! Since then, I have been honored to have helped the same customer with 5 other transactions. As of 2019 (24 YEARS LATER), I've listed and SOLD THAT VERY SAME HOME and in turn, helped with the purchase of their forever home, bringing the total to 7! Finnegan Real Estate Services is a “boutique” style real estate company. This style allows a more personalized approach for my customers. I don't have a "team" working with my customers. I am the "team". I handle every aspect of my transactions because I believe this gives a more personal feel to my customers. I don’t measure my success through awards, but through the SATISFACTION of my customers.
