Malinda is a true South Tampanian. She has spent most of her life here in South Tampa, graduated Robinson High school, married a few years later, and traveled with husband in the military. When they retired from the Air Force in 2014, they returned to Sunny Tampa, Florida. She knows every almost every street by memory. Wow, what a wealth of knowledge! Malinda earned her real estate license in 2014. She works hard at her real estate career, and 100% of her business is self generated through referrals and repeat business. The passion she has in excellence is reflected in everything that she does. She is determined, knowledgeable, caring, and will do everything in her power to ensure her clients are smiling. When not working in Real Estate, Malinda's joy is spending time with her family. She is married, has three children, and 1 dog. They enjoy spending time by the pool or at the beach. She also has a love for traveling and home design. The love for her family and faith in God is her greatest joy in life.
