After completing his MBA between Florida International University and Qingdao University, Manuel worked at a Chinese-American holding company eventually becoming the Vice President of Business Development. There he interacted with government officials, and local populations while working with other Chinese and South American Companies. Indirectly responsible for over 200 employees and contractors he successfully opened two mining operations in South America over the course of three years.
