About Marlinda

How I got started......after ten years as a real estate investor, I made my passion my business, achieved my real estate license and went into property investment full-time. Twenty years of broadcast sales, ten years of flipping houses and managing rental properties, then finally two years at Floor & Decor learning design and sourcing materials, has all come together brilliantly! I started my real estate company in Sept 2014 and God has done amazing things in a very short time. At the end of 2019, with seven flips and four airbnb's later, I am settled in Tallahassee FL. I am close to my parents and am so enjoying this precious time I have with them. I am always on the hunt for great deals and opportunities for investments properties and homes with increased equity quickly. I love being close to the coast and southern Georgia. Let me know how I can help you with your home/investment property goals and I will be delighted to work with you to make them happen. God bless you and keep you.
