Hi, I'm Matt Daly, Central Florida's Coastal Realtor®, and a lifelong Central Florida local with a passion for helping people navigate real estate with confidence. As a Real Estate Agent with Realty ONE Group Evolve, I specialize in coastal and waterfront properties, serving New Smyrna Beach, Ponce Inlet, Daytona Beach, Edgewater, Port Orange, and surrounding communities. Having grown up along Florida's coast, I understand the local communities, waterways, and lifestyle, along with the unique challenges of coastal property ownership. From flood zones and insurance considerations to seawalls, docks, and storm preparedness, I help buyers and sellers identify important questions, understand potential risks, and make informed decisions. Before entering real estate, I built a career spanning more than 25 years in public service as a structural firefighter, flight paramedic, and ocean lifeguard. I even worked as a dolphin trainer at Discovery Cove! These experiences taught me to remain calm under pressure, think critically, solve problems, and connect with people from all walks of life. I also hold a degree in Emergency Management from the University of Florida, providing valuable insight into disaster preparedness, risk assessment, and emergency planning. Whether helping someone purchase their first home, sell a waterfront property, relocate, downsize, or navigate a complicated life transition, I bring the same resourcefulness, integrity, and dedication to every transaction. Outside of real estate, I'm an outdoorsman who enjoys fishing, boating, surfing, hiking, and spending time with my family and our dog, Louie. I've spent much of my life enjoying Florida's beaches and waterways, so the coastal lifestyle is something I know firsthand. I believe in listening first, providing honest advice, and finding practical solutions without pressure or judgment.
