I'm Matt Rode, Co-Founder of the Sarasota Gulf Coast Homes Team with Keller Williams Coastal Living Collection. My wife, Laura and I have been in the real estate industry since 2014. Calling Sarasota home for more then 20 years, our love and knowledge of the area has led us to become some of Sarasota's most trusted market experts! With unparalleled commitment and skill in both sales and business building, Laura and I grew our Sarasota Gulf Coast Homes team from a 4 person, 30 million in volume team in 2018 to a 24 person, 160million in volume team by 2021. The Sarasota Gulf Coast Homes team was named the number 1 Keller Williams team in both Sarasota and Manatee counties in 2021 and in 2024. We currently hold the title of being in the top 1.5 percent of real estate teams in America! We are members of Keller Williams Luxury International and Laura is a Certified Luxury Home Marketing Specialist. All of our listings receive international exposure. I hold the Lead Buyer and Listing Specialist role within the Sarasota Gulf Coast Homes team and have personally closed over 150 million dollars in real estate volume throughout my career. In my free time I enjoy immersing myself in the Sarasota lifestyle. Favorite hobbies include golfing, boating and indulging in Sarasota's most delicious cuisine! Our family enjoys traveling the country and exploring the great outdoors! The SGCH team serves both Sarasota and Manatee counties with sales partners specializing in waterfront properties, new construction, luxury home sales and everything in between.
