About Max
During the past thirteen years, I have worked all over the tri-county area involved in Real Estate: from sales and purchases of real property of course, to renovating & inspecting properties as well. (Duval, Clay & St Johns) My family and I are dedicated locals! My wife is co-chair of the English department at Ridgeview High School in Clay County. We both like to go off-road and hit the trails with our Jeeps. Local Jeep club has some great activities. My oldest son is in his second year of Pre-Med at UF in Gainesville. Go Gators!! His goal is to become a Navy Doctor specializing in Prosthetics. My youngest son is a High School Sophomore. He shares his time between the US Naval Sea Cadet Corps and rowing. Both of my boys are avid rowers. Evans Rowing Club, on Julington Creek, is a great place for boys and girls to develop their skills and truly become passionate about the sport. It made a lasting impression on my oldest as he still finds time to row with the UF team! We are committed to this community and would like to help you make it your own. My knowledge and expertise of all things pertaining to houses is yours to use. Call me today to discuss your Real Estate interests and goals.
