About Melissa

I'm Melissa McGarvey and it's very nice to meet you. I work with both buyers and sellers in SW Florida, including but not limited to Naples, Bonita Springs, Estero and Fort Myers. Prior to becoming a REALTOR®, my experience includes building new businesses, most recently a home watch company that my husband owns and operates. Working in the home watch industry in Florida awakened a passion for property that, combined with my marketing experience and love for this area in particular, made a perfect setting for me to pursue a career in real estate. When we purchased in Florida, we had the benefit of being fit with a great area and property…our real estate experience was a good one and it is truly a gift that keeps on giving as we still love our home all these years later. Having reaped the benefit of a real estate agent who listened to who we are and what we want, I strive to provide that kind of "gift" to those I work with. When I am not busy working for my clients, you will likely find me on the pickleball courts or enjoying one of our local eateries or beaches.
