I’m Michael Cherkaoui, an Orlando Realtor® with Wemert Group Realty, helping buyers, sellers, and investors throughout Central Florida. As a native Floridian, I love helping people find their place in the community I call home. My approach starts with understanding your story and providing a personalized experience that leaves you feeling informed, supported, and confident every step of the way. Growing up in my parents’ restaurants, I learned early on what it means to take care of people. At the University of Central Florida, I earned my degree in Hospitality Management and played college football. The demands of competing at a high level taught me discipline, preparation, and the importance of being someone your team can count on. Before starting my real estate career, I worked in roofing sales. Together, those experiences shaped how I serve my clients today: showing up prepared, earning their trust, and making sure they feel cared for throughout the process. Whether you’re buying your first home, selling your current one, or exploring an investment property, I’m here to guide you with honest communication and service you can count on. I want you to feel comfortable asking questions and know that I have your best interests in mind. Helping someone achieve a goal they once thought was out of reach is one of the most fulfilling parts of my work. Outside of real estate, I enjoy spending time with my son, heading to the beach, catching a game, and trying local restaurants. I’m a proud UCF Knight and a Manchester United supporter.
