Out of high school I entered many facets of Construction and In my late 20's I bought my first Flip and never turned back. Flipping homes is my specialty and has brought me great wealth. Selling Homes is much more than making a commission, its protecting my client or clients from Real estate Pitfalls. Theses pitfalls include, many different plumbing issues, Roof ages and necessary repairs that can break a deal due to buyer not acquiring insurance. Flood zones are not always revealed by agents, there are 100 and 500 year flood zones. In a 500 year flood zone flood insurance is not required by the banks for mortgages that saves buyers lots of money. There are some electrical Panels that have to be replaced for a buyer to acquire insurance, because these faulty panels start fires. Retires can lock in their property taxes under the save our homes program, where your taxes never increase once applied.
