I’m Michelle Hazellief, a real estate professional with Alex MacWilliam Real Estate serving Vero Beach and the Treasure Coast of Florida. Real estate has always felt natural to me. I’ve been the person in my family who loves finding homes, imagining their potential, and creating spaces that feel beautiful, comfortable, and truly personal. I’ve personally purchased and transformed a fixer-upper, refinishing much of the interior myself with the help of skilled professionals. That experience gave me an appreciation for both the emotional and practical sides of buying and improving a home. My background is diverse and international. I was born in New Jersey, spent part of my childhood living in Germany and Belize, and ultimately made Florida home in 1997. With German roots and a bilingual German background, I have a special appreciation for clients relocating internationally or looking for a connection between Florida and Europe. I’ve also traveled extensively throughout Europe, Canada, Mexico, and Central America, giving me a broad perspective on the many reasons people choose to make a place their home. Before real estate, I built a career centered around people, communication, marketing, and business. My experience includes insurance, client service, marketing, and working alongside real estate professionals. I understand that a successful real estate experience requires more than opening doors—it requires organization, communication, attention to detail, thoughtful marketing, and someone who genuinely listens. My focus is Vero Beach and the surrounding Treasure Coast, from coastal homes and established neighborhoods to distinctive properties and luxury real estate. I’m especially passionate about homes with character, design potential, and the lifestyle that makes Florida living so special.
