Miranda Blackwelder is a proud Florida native with deep roots in the Tampa Bay area. Having grown up along Florida’s Gulf Coast, she has watched the Tampa Bay, Bradenton, and Sarasota areas grow and evolve and now puts that firsthand knowledge to work helping buyers and sellers navigate Florida real estate with confidence. Miranda’s professional background is anything but ordinary. At nineteen, she became the first American to graduate as a professional ballerina from the Tallinn Ballet School in Estonia. She later pursued her passion for aviation, earning her Private Pilot Certificate and both a bachelor’s degree in Air Traffic Management and a Master of Science in Management with a specialization in Leadership from Embry-Riddle Aeronautical University. For more than a decade, Miranda served the flying public as an Air Traffic Controller with the FAA, where clear communication, attention to detail, sound decision-making, and remaining calm under pressure were essential. Today, those same skills directly benefit her real estate clients.
