Nicholas Kukla is a third-generation real estate broker, business owner, and lifelong resident of Northern Palm Beach County. As Broker and Owner of Kukla | Partners Real Estate Group, he combines deep local market knowledge with a modern, data-driven approach to marketing, negotiation, and client service. A graduate of Jupiter High School and Gettysburg College, where he earned a Bachelor of Arts in Management with a minor in Music, Nicholas has spent more than a decade helping buyers, sellers, and investors navigate one of life’s most important financial decisions. Known for his strategic mindset, responsive communication, and genuine commitment to his clients, he believes real estate is about building lasting relationships, not simply closing transactions. Whether working with first-time buyers, growing families, luxury home sellers, or waterfront property owners, Nicholas is dedicated to making every experience smooth, informed, and successful. His thoughtful guidance, attention to detail, and calm, client-first approach have earned the trust of generations of families throughout Jupiter, Palm Beach Gardens, Tequesta, Juno Beach, and the surrounding communities. Outside of real estate, Nicholas is a devoted husband to his high school sweetheart, Caley, and proud father of three boys. He enjoys boating, endurance sports, and exploring everything the Florida lifestyle has to offer with his family. As an Ironman triathlete and Boston Marathon finisher, he brings the same discipline, preparation, and commitment to every client relationship that he brings to every finish line. Committed to giving back, he also serves on the Board of the Kukla Family Foundation, supporting charitable initiatives that strengthen the local community.
