About Nolan
I have been a Florida native since 1996. I went to college at UCF in 2003 and have lived in the Central Florida area ever since. In my opinion Florida is the best place to live in the US for many various reasons such as the weather, low taxes, the beaches, the theme parks, the natural beauty, the economic opportunity, etc, and because of this I take great joy to help a person/family own a piece of this valuable real estate. Before getting my real estate license and becoming a REALTOR, I was and still am a CPA (Certified Public Accountant). This allows me to help clients understand the numbers behind what is for most people their most significant purchase and advise them accordingly. Outside of real estate, I love being a husband to my wife Krystal, and a father to my two girls. I also lift weights, train in Brazilian Jujitsu, read, and actively participate in the life and community of my church St. Paul's PCA.
