About Pamela

Hello, I am Pamela (PJ) Pareja, and I am grateful to be one of the Top-Performing agents at Coldwell Banker Next Generation Realty. Since launching my real estate career, I’ve helped dozens of families buy and sell their homes, earning a reputation as relentlessly resourceful — a quality I credit to my 20-year career in advertising in Chicago, the nation’s #3 media market, where success required creativity, persistence, and a “swim-with-the-sharks” mindset. I began my professional journey in Cedar Rapids, Iowa, helping business owners grow their brands through newspaper, radio, and television campaigns. Over two decades, I mastered how to position a product for maximum exposure and value — experience that now gives my sellers a powerful edge. My lifelong passions for interior design and real estate eventually led me to home staging and, ultimately, to my career as a Realtor®. In 2020, my husband and I moved our family from Naperville, Illinois, to Homosassa, Florida, where we fell in love with Sugarmill Woods. Here, I’ve combined my background in advertising, staging and negotiation to deliver results that exceed expectations. Whether you’re buying your dream home or selling for top dollar, I’ll bring the same energy, precision, and marketing expertise that have made me a trusted and top-recommended Realtor in the area. Call or text me today — I'm ready to go to work for you!
