Relationships have always been more important to me than transactions. My business is built largely through referrals from past clients, friends and people who know and trust me, and I believe my responsibility to a client continues long after a sale or purchase is complete. I have been a licensed real estate professional since 2010 and specialize in residential real estate throughout Miami and Miami Beach, with a particular focus on luxury homes, waterfront properties, condominiums and relocation. I serve all clients throughout Miami Beach, Surfside, Bal Harbour, Bay Harbor Islands, Sunny Isles Beach, Miami Shores, Coral Gables, Pinecrest and many other South Florida communities. Before real estate, I spent more than a decade in international business and telecommunications, working extensively throughout Latin America. My background in engineering and business, combined with that international experience, shapes the way I approach real estate today: analytical, detail-oriented and focused on helping clients understand the information and risks behind an important decision. Having experienced an international relocation myself, I understand that moving to Miami is about much more than finding a property. I work with local, national and international buyers and families relocating to South Florida, helping them understand neighborhoods, lifestyle differences, property options and the realities of the Miami real estate market. For homeowners considering selling, my role is to provide clear information about market conditions, pricing, positioning and negotiation so they can make informed decisions about their property. I am fluent in English, Spanish and Italian and have called Miami home for more than 26 years. I currently live in Miami Beach and have firsthand knowledge of the lifestyle and real estate considerations that come with coastal and condominium living.
