Richard Henf has joined the growing real estate franchise, RE/MAX Crown Realty. “Starting out as a new agent, I knew I wanted to be part of the best. I wanted to work with a community based, family owned organization that would help me grow and gain experience” said Henf. “I spoke with several local title company representatives and some folks in banking and queried them as to who they would recommend. RE/MAX Crown Realty was the overwhelming response.” Henf and his family have a history in Florida and Indian River County in particular. Richards’s grandfather moved to Point St. Lucie back in the early 60’s and his father followed in the late 80’s settling in Sebastian. Shortly after moving to Sebastian with his wife Peg, Rich and his father started a company that manufactured antennas for short wave radio communication. “I have lived in many places, from California and Wisconsin to New York and Maryland, but I have spent the majority of my time here in the Indian River County” Henf said proudly. “All three of my children are Gators! I have always been active in the community with them, whether that was to establish the scrub habitat at Pelican Island Elementary or the Shark Cage at Sebastian River High School. “ “We are extremely proud to have Richard join our group of highly talented agents.” said John A.
