Richard Bradway has been a familiar and trusted name in the Sarasota and Venice area real estate for over 40 years. Originally from Kokomo, Indiana, Richard moved to Venice in 1960. In the early 70s, Richard, and partner Barnard Moore, formed Bradway, Moore & Associates, a leader in Sarasota County real estate for 25 years. By 1996, Richard Bradway was sole owner and sold to Coldwell Banker NRT. After eight years, he again opened his own real estate firm, Richard Bradway & Associates, and in 2009 merged with Signature Sotheby’s International Realty (later, Premier Sotheby’s International Realty), enabling his company to offer not only local real estate expertise, but also the services and global reach of a larger company and a level of distinction and brand recognition only Sotheby’s International Realty® can offer.
