About Richard

Richard Sherrod is a Native Floridian born and raised in South Florida. Richard attended college at the University of Central Florida where he earned a BS degree in Business Management. Richard has over 27 years in Corporate America working primarily in the Service Industry. His Career started in 1990 with Investment for American General Finance, then in Operations as a leader for Pizza Hut Corporate, Marine Corps MWR, Walt Disney World and most recently as a General Manager with Wawa Corporate Stores Inc. Inspired by a passion to serve others Richard decided to Richard is best known by his clients as a competent and skilled negotiator who always puts his client’s needs before all else. He prides himself on educating his clients about the real estate market, helping his clients realize the best possible price for their sale or purchase of a home in the least amount of time. In August 2017 Richard celebrated 30 years of marriage and enjoys spending time with family and friends.
