I'm Rob Purvis, a Florida real estate broker and entrepreneur with a career spanning financial services, real estate, and property development since 2014. I help buyers, sellers, and investors navigate real estate decisions with a practical, informed approach that goes beyond the typical transaction. Based in Central Florida, I serve The Villages, Lady Lake, Wildwood, Leesburg, Fruitland Park, Ocala, Clermont, Mount Dora, and surrounding communities throughout Lake, Sumter, and Marion counties. My experience spans residential real estate, new construction, land, investment properties, commercial transactions, and real estate development. In addition to holding a Florida Real Estate Broker License, I'm a licensed Title Insurance Agent and Mortgage Loan Originator. I also lead Purvis & Company Title and Exchange and have hands-on experience developing commercial properties in Central Florida. This combination gives me a unique perspective on property values, financing, investment analysis, negotiations, and the closing process. With a background in Electrical Engineering and Economics from Florida State University, I bring an analytical, detail-oriented approach to every opportunity.
