About Robert

Hello, I am Robert Coscia (ka-sha Italian) and own Personal Realty Advisers, a Luxury Home and Condo Boutique Real Estate Brokerage. I have over 30 years in the real estate field and have worked in over 2,000 homes, condominiums or raw land transactions; either helping others buy, sell, liquidate, Invest, or subcontract my services to help build or remodel dream homes. Many of my years were spent on the Barrier Islands of Sanibel & Captiva, but I am now focusing in the Downtown St Petersburg and their Beach communities. There are many benefits working with Personal Realty Advisers. You are in direct contact throughout the transaction with the Broker, me. One on One. No middlemen, excuses or inexperienced agents. Feel free to call and chat about my extensive background in construction, photography, real estate, and life.
