About Ron

Real estate has been part of my life long before I became a licensed Florida REALTOR®. My working career began in the late 1970s framing houses, followed by a year building boats for Trojan Yacht. In 1984, I began a 33-year career at a power plant on the Susquehanna River, spending the final 14 years managing the Property Department. At the same time, I was building my own experience in real estate. Over the years, I invested in and managed rental properties, eventually owning 11 buildings that were home to 18 different families. I wasn't an absentee landlord. I handled most repairs and tenant concerns myself, gaining hands-on experience in carpentry, plumbing, electrical work, drywall, painting, maintenance, and the day-to-day realities of owning investment property. After selling my rental properties and moving to Florida, I became actively involved in my condominium community and currently serve as Vice President of the condominium association. Becoming a Florida real estate professional was a natural next step. Today, I bring that lifetime of practical property experience to helping clients buy, sell, and invest in Florida real estate. I understand a property from more than a sales perspective. I understand construction, maintenance, property management, rental ownership, condominium living, and the responsibilities that come with owning real estate. Whether you're looking for a Florida home, selling your current property, considering a condominium, or evaluating an investment opportunity, my goal is simple: provide straightforward advice, personal service, and the benefit of decades of real-world property experience. Serving Port Charlotte, Punta Gorda, Burnt Store, Cape Coral, Fort Myers, and surrounding Southwest Florida communities.
