I have been selling homes in the Brevard County - Space Coast of Florida for over 20 years! I specialize in serving buyers in the process of finding and building a NEW Construction home. I have many years of experience in Home Building and the entire process of buying and building, including the all important "final walk-through" with the Builder's superintendent. Remember, the Builder only represents their own company, they do not represent you as the Home Buyer. I do. And..there is absolutely no charge to you for my services. The builders have a standing agreement to pay Realtors when they bring a buyer to their model office. However, it is required that I accompany you in your first viist - so don't go without me! Buying a NEWLY built home is a unique process and I will walk you through each step along the way - EVEN IF the home is already completed, it is still an advantage to you as the buyer to have my expertise and experience on your side of the table. (primary areas I specialize in: Viera, Suntree, Rockledge, Melbourne, West Melbourne and Palm Bay)
