About Samantha

Hi, I’m Sam Moyer, REALTOR® with 27North Realty, serving buyers throughout the Tampa Bay area with a special love for new construction and helping people find the place that feels like home. My path to real estate hasn’t exactly been traditional. I earned my degree in Crime Scene Investigation from Liberty University, built a career in education, and later worked behind the scenes in real estate before becoming a licensed REALTOR®. It may be an unusual combination, but it makes sense if you know me. I love people, I ask a lot of questions, and I pay attention to the details. My journey to Florida was a little unconventional too. After growing up in Virginia and spending 12 years in the Washington, D.C. area, my family and I picked Apollo Beach on a map without ever visiting, packed up our lives, and moved to Florida. After 13 years as a military spouse, I know firsthand that sometimes finding “home” means taking a pretty big leap. That’s a big part of why I love what I do. Buying a home is one of the biggest purchases most people will ever make. It can absolutely be stressful, but I don’t think it has to feel miserable. I want my clients to feel informed and protected while still getting excited, laughing a little, and actually enjoying the experience. Whether you’re buying your first home, relocating to Tampa Bay, or walking through a model home trying to figure out which upgrades are actually worth it, I want you to feel like you have someone in your corner. Outside of real estate, I’ve been married to my husband for 14 years, and we have two kids. Our family also welcomes an exchange student into our home each year. When I’m not working, you can usually find me at the beach, kayaking, volunteering with my church, watching football, cooking for my family, or completely ignoring my responsibilities because I started a good romance novel. Real estate is a big deal. Let’s take it seriously without making it so serious.
