I hold a Bachelors of Business of Administration degree from Florida International University. I have 20 years experience as a Florida Realtor, and 24 years as an Entrepreneur. With many years of personal and professional experience in real estate, I have helped countless clients achieve their property dreams. I’m known for my honesty, resolute work ethic, diligence, & dedication to fair negotiations and client satisfaction. I am willing to go the extra mile in helping my clients with every detail and step of the real estate sale or purchase transaction to successfully reach the closing table. My experience and knowledge is not only in sales and purchase transactions alone. I have founded, co-owned and managed different business in real estate, from office, residential, vacation rental leasing too Construction. I am currently Owner & Property Manager of C&S Investment Group, LLC (office leasing) since 2003. My experience as former Vice President of C&S Construction has been in remodeling, rehabbing, flipping, leasing and building 2 residential Estate homes from the ground up (Land acquisition/build). Therefore, I am familiar with Dade County building regulations, and able to direct prospective homeowners who desire to remodel, convert or add an Accessory dwelling unit (ADU); or even start a home business, to the correct Agencies, Contractors/sub contractors to make those ideas a reality in their potential home.
