About Scott Jester,

I have been in the real estate industry since 2006 working in a variety of capacities. I started off on the mortgage side and then transitioned to Short Sales Manager for one of the nations largest banks in 2009. In this role I was responsible for assisting homeowners and their real estate agents in selling property to help avoid foreclosure. After this role, I became an Asset Manager for the REO (real estate owned) division helping the bank sell their residential real estate. Shortly thereafter I was promoted to Vice President for Loan Documentation where I oversaw a group of Asset Managers along with the Special Exceptions team. This team handled properties with title issues and highly litigated properties all over the country. Our team was responsible for thousands of single family homes in Florida and throughout the country. I mention this as I have been directly involved with thousands of closings and successfully resolved a vast array of scenarios in these transactions. In 2015 I decided to leave my corporate role to branch out on my own to help homeowners and buyers navigate the real estate process. Due to the scale and scope of my prior roles, I have a unique set of skills and expertise to help clients in any real estate scenario.
