Entered Real Estate in 1985 in S.C. worked with builder choosing interior designs for spec homes. Moved to Tallahassee, Fl 1993 and worked with the R.E. Title industry. Opened a mortgage office in 2003 and came full circle back to real estate in 2012. I help sellers prepare their homes to put their best foot forward based on what will get the most for their money and get the home sold fast. I also advise buyers on how to decorate and make their home more comfortable for them when they move in. When working with people who are downsizing there are many aspect to helping them prepare for a very emotional move from their home where they have made so many memories. I take this move very serious and spend time to make sure the customer has all answers to how to take each step to make the move.
