Sharlyn is a rarity—Sharlyn is a true Florida native, born and raised in Valparaiso. Sharlyn has seen many changes in our beach communities while growing up and raising her family. Sharlyn has broad experience in business, working in many different businesses including banking, fitness, sales, and Sharlyn has also owned her own businesses. Each of these businesses taught Sharlyn how to work with clients to achieve their goals- whether they are financial, fitness and health, or getting the perfect home. Sharlyn puts the skills and expertise learned from these fields of endeavor to help her clients sell their homes in today’s market. Sharlyn loves working with people and helping them purchase or sell. Sharlyn is active in many community events and is always there to help whenever and however she can. This “How can I help” attitude is carried over into Sharlyn’s relationship with her customers. Sharlyn will work with a client until she has found just the right home for them. Sharlyn uses the expertise and experience that she acquired from building her own personal homes to help clients who wish to build their dream home or purchase an existing home. Sharlyn enjoys working with builders on new construction with her clients. Sharlyn finds real estate to be very rewarding. She says she has always believed in home ownership.
