Her boutique allowed her to combine her passion for fashion with her gift for empowering women to feel confident, beautiful, and seen. She later expanded that mission through Pretty Pearls & Clutches, an empowerment experience created to celebrate, connect, and inspire women from all walks of life. Shawana’s influence also extended into pageantry. In 2019, she was crowned Ms. World International Premier and Mrs. Jacksonville, earning the MCA Media Award. She used her platforms for far more than recognition, she used her voice, visibility, and personal testimony to encourage women to embrace their purpose, overcome challenges, and confidently walk in who God created them to be. One of Shawana’s most meaningful accomplishments was founding The Blessed House, a ministry that provided safe, peaceful transitional housing for women and families affected by domestic violence and other difficult circumstances. For more than three years, The Blessed House served one family of five and an additional 11 women as they worked toward stability, healing, and independent living. While continuing this ministry, Shawana entered the real estate industry in 2022 and quickly distinguished herself as a trusted advocate and powerhouse producer. During her first eight months, she closed approximately $3.5 million in real estate sales. Since then, she has continued reaching new levels, earning recognition such as the Florida Homes Realty & Mortgage Gold Level and Million Dollar Club while helping families throughout Jacksonville, Northeast Florida, Georgia, and beyond achieve homeownership. In 2026, Shawana made the heartfelt decision to close the residential chapter of The Blessed House so she could devote greater focus to expanding her real estate business and B-Luxury Group.
