Before entering real estate, Shawn spent more than 25 years in the restaurant and hospitality industry, working as a General Manager, Chef, and restaurant owner in several major U.S. markets. He brought that customer-service, negotiation, problem-solving, and business background into real estate after becoming licensed in Florida in 2006. He initially worked in business brokerage before transitioning into residential real estate and real estate investing. Today, Shawn is known for a hands-on, straightforward approach to real estate.
