About Stephanie

I have been in real estate since 2000 and am licensed in Florida, North Dakota, and Minnesota. I have an economics degree from The University of Minnesota Twin Cities. My years of experience have equipped me with the skills needed to navigate any challenges that arise during a transaction, and my goal is to make it "look easy," taking the stress and burden off my clients throughout the process. My life in real estate has allowed me to be fully involved in family life, which includes my husband and four children. I understand the needs of families of all shapes and sizes, and have several connections throughout the industry to help my clients find the resources to make the home buying and selling process as simple and enjoyable as it can be. I also enjoy building custom homes and have been a licensed contractor since 2016, which also gives me a skill set to help navigate the inspection process that is typically involved in a real estate transaction. Most importantly, I value building relationships with my clients, affiliates, and other agents in the industry. When we all work together for a common goal, we are all winners.
