Steve learned to negotiate the hard way in war torn Bosnia where his responsibilities included negotiating contracts for local services with whatever characters happened to be running the local economy and identifying then fixing problems with the supply chain throughout the war zone. He led a dedicated team of professionals, sometimes under fire, usually under pressure, and always meeting the customers needs. His reputation for being both trustworthy and reliable landed him the prestigious appointment of Transport Officer to The Queen of England. At the culmination of a 24-year Military career Steve planned and executed State Ceremonial Events where errors were not an option. On moving to Florida in 2004, Steve recognized the limitless potential of a second career in Real Estate servicing the Four Corners Disney Real Estate area, including Kissimmee & Davenport Real Estate, Champions Gate Real Estate, and Reunion Resort Real Estate communities and the Greater Orlando & Disney Vacation Home Market Area. With ambition in abundant supply, Steve got his Broker License he and Deirdre started their own office. After two years as an independent brokerage, Steve franchised with EXIT Realty bringing the best combination of training, support, and opportunity to build wealth for both broker and agents. Now an independent Office, since January 2023, Champion Homes continues to serve its loyal customer base and agents. Steve believes strongly in personal development and strives to help his agents better themselves and become successful in their own right; he believes that he can only succeed if those around him do.
