About SueAnn

I have always wanted to be a Realtor. Originally from Los Angeles, California and growing up in Miami, Florida gave me the opportunity to learn about all areas and communities in this beautiful city. Earning a degree in Special Education, not only made me a wonderful educator, but one who is able to easily educate my clients in the most important financial decision they will make. I take my time to nurture and work with the families and clients needing to reach their investing, home buying or selling goals. The ability to connect and interact with all kinds of people and help guide them in such an important task like owning their own home or purchasing their first investment property is something I truly enjoy. My love of properties and buildings, and the appreciation I have for aesthetics and architectural structures, solidifies even greater my commitment to a career I once just fantasized about. A career that is now real and a successful one, which in favor has also opened many doors and opportunities for me to become an investor and property manager. I am there with my clients as we write their next chapter and hope to be there for you as you search for a great and wonderful realtor.
