About Susan
Susan Drahos is a Broker Associate with Coldwell Banker Premier Properties in Ormond Beach, Florida, licensed since 2016. She helps buyers and sellers in Ormond Beach, Daytona Beach, Palm Coast and throughout Volusia County with single-family homes, condos, investment properties and second homes. Susan holds the Seniors Real Estate Specialist (SRES(R)) and Accredited Buyer's Representative (ABR(R)) designations, and is approved through the Florida Housing Finance Corporation and the Hometown Heroes program to help eligible buyers with down payment assistance. With a background in psychology, she listens first and gives clear, practical advice on buying, selling, downsizing, or deciding to stay put. Originally from Pittsburgh, a city known for its close-knit neighborhoods, Susan believes a home is more than an address. It's where community is built and families put down roots. Her philosophy is simple: home is as important to her as it is to you.
