About SUSAN KYNES

As a native of South Tampa, Susan has been involved in her community for over 45 years. She is a graduate of Plant High School and the University of Florida College of Journalism. After college, Susan moved back to South Tampa where she raised her family. Susan dedicated her time to her community and participated on numerous non profit board of directors focusing on the welfare of children in our community as well as their education in the Hillsborough County Public School System. In 2002, she decided to pursue a career in Real Estate and obtained her license. After meeting Kevin Chadwick of The Chadwick Group; they agreed to join forces to bring Keller Williams Real Estate brand to Tampa. She became a founding member of the South Tampa market center and has broken records in sales and mentoring ever since. In 2014, Susan joined forces with the highly successful Sarah Baldwin Casey and the Baldwin Casey Team was born. Together these dynamic ladies have mentored three additional agents and are on their way to another record year in residential real estate. Although she started this business looking for a career she claims it has evolved into a mission; a mission for her clients, for her team, and for her business. She continues to participate in her community although her days are filled with clients who are now friends and friends who are now family.
