About Susan

Susan Oliver’s interest in Real Estate began over 20 years ago when she purchased her first home.  After purchasing several homes in different areas of northeast Florida she realized how much she enjoyed learning about the home buying process and thought about ways that she could help make it better.  Years later she obtained her license and vowed to help others find the homes of their dreams or sell their current homes with the most seamless transactions possible.  She wanted to make sure that she could help her customers avoid the many pitfalls of real estate while providing top customer service. A  lifetime resident of the First Coast, Susan was born and raised in Nassau County and graduated from Jacksonville University. In 2002 she began a career with the Federal Aviation Administration as an air traffic controller in Hilliard.  She moved to Duval County in 2005 and lived there for 11 years before moving to Clay County in 2016.   Her experiences and history provide her with a native's knowledge when it comes to the First Coast and her long career as an air traffic controller has instilled a close attention to detail.  She uses this knowledge to help her customers make informed decisions for themselves and their families. When Susan is not out showing homes or working as an air traffic controller, you can find her volunteering with her local union as a legislative activist on Capitol Hill, spending time with her dogs, Cooper and Sophie, or enjoying trips to Disney! In addition, Susan and her boyfriend love to attend football and baseball games and travel whenever possible.   If you are looking for a real estate agent who has your best interests at heart and is genuinely concerned about making sure you find the perfect home for your family, Susan is the Agent for you!
