I am a Certified International Property Specialist and in addition to being able to help clients relocating from another state or purchasing a vacation property, I am able to assist international clients looking to purchase in the U.S and educate them on the differences between the process in their home country and the U.S. I can also assist U.S. clients looking to enjoy retirement in another country I also help sellers get the most money for their homes while honoring their time frame so that they may move on to their next life adventures. I guide my clients through the process of navigating inspections, appraisals, and negotiations to successful closings.
